RETURN OF GOODS

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the item doesn’t fit, doesn’t meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you can return it without any problems.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned goods must be:

• undamaged

• complete, including original packaging and all accessories

• unworn – in a condition suitable for resale

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Download the Withdrawal from the Contract (Form) – ALLSTARSHOP

2. Fill in the form (reason is optional).

3. Print and sign the form.

4. Attach a copy of the invoice to your order.

5. Pack the goods securely – place the original box into another protective package (“double-boxing”).

6. Contact us at eshop@allstarshop.cz to receive a Zásilkovna code.

7. Send the package from any Zásilkovna drop-off point using our code.

 

RETURN FEE

Free Returns (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary)

For customers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, returns are completely free.

Returns are processed via Zásilkovna (Packeta), and the customer does not pay any fee – everything is covered by us.

 

Returns from Other Countries (UPS return label)

For customers from other countries, returns are handled using a UPS return label, as we have an active partnership with UPS.

They ensure safe and cost-effective shipping back to us.

The shipping cost is determined individually based on the country from which you are sending the package..

This amount is then deducted from the final refund.

 

REFUND

We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the package, using the same method as the original payment.

If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the bank account provided in the form.
