EXCHANGE POLICY
(Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods.)
Did the size not fit, or would you prefer a different item? We understand that reality sometimes doesn’t match expectations – that’s why we offer an easy and hassle-free exchange process. We’ve set everything up to make it as simple as possible for you to get the right size or style.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

Download the form: Request for Exchange of Goods (Form) – ALLSTARSHOP

Fill it out – include the original size/version and the size/version you'd like to exchange it for.

Print and sign the form.

Attach your invoice (proof of purchase).

Pack the item securely – use double-boxing to prevent damage to the original box.

Send the package via Zásilkovna – contact us at eshop@allstarshop.cz to receive a unique shipping code.
PRICE DIFFERENCES IN EXCHANGES
If the requested size or item has a different price than your original purchase, you may need to pay the price difference.
Example:
You buy Jordan 1 Retro Low OG SP Travis Scott Reverse Mocha in size 41 for 33,890 CZK and request an exchange for size 42, which costs 38,990 CZK – you will need to pay the 5,100 CZK difference.
If the new item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference to your bank account.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• If the item does not meet the exchange conditions, it will be sent back to you.
• If the requested item is in stock, we’ll ship it within 7 business days of receiving your return.
FEES ASSOCIATED WITH EXCHANGES
The following fees apply:
• Return shipping to us: 59 CZK (only for countries where Packeta is available – otherwise the cost is individual and you only pay for the shipping)
• Shipping the exchanged item back to you: 79 CZK (only for countries where Packeta is available – otherwise the cost is individual and you only pay for the shipping)
Fees are paid by bank transfer or included with the additional payment for the price difference.
ITEM NOT IN STOCK?
If the requested size or item is not available, we’ll contact you to agree on the next steps – either you select another product, or we’ll refund your payment.
