PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the size doesn’t fit or you would prefer another variant, the whole process is set up to be quick and easy.

 

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

1. Download the Request for Exchange of Goods (Form) – ALLSTARSHOP

2. Fill in the form – state the original size/variant and the requested exchange.

3. Print and sign the form

4. Attach the invoice to the order

5. Pack the goods securely – use “doubleboxing” to protect the original box

6. Contact us at eshop@allstarshop.cz to get a Zásilkovna code and send the package

 

PRICE DIFFERENCES

If the requested size/variant has a different price than the original product, you will either need to pay the difference or we will refund you.

 

Example:

Sneakers for 33,890 CZK exchanged for another size costing 38,990 CZK → surcharge of 5,100 CZK.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Goods must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.

The return of goods for exchange must take place within 14 days of receipt.

If conditions are not met, the goods will be sent back.

The new size/variant will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the goods, if in stock.

 

FEES

Customers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary only pay for the delivery of the new product/exchange back to them. Sending the package to us for the exchange is free of charge and the customer pays nothing.

Customers from other countries pay for sending the package for exchange as well as for the return delivery of the new variant, according to the standard price list. For exact information, please contact us at eshop@allstarshop.cz.

We will contact you to arrange the next steps – you can choose another product or receive a refund.
