PRODUCT COMPLAINT

You can make a claim within 24 months from receiving the goods. If your product shows a defect or does not meet your expectations, we have designed the process to be as quick and hassle-free as possible.

 

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

1. Download the Claim Form (Complaint Form) - ALLSTARSHOP

2. Fill out the form – describe the defect as accurately as possible.

3. Print and sign the form.

4. Attach the invoice to your order.

5. Pack the product securely – ideally with double-boxing to protect the original box.

6. Contact us at eshop@allstarshop.cz to receive a unique code.

 

CLAIM RESOLUTION PROCESS

Your claim will be assessed by our expert – a court-appointed footwear specialist with over 35 years of experience.

If the claim is accepted, we will resolve it by refunding your money, offering a discount, or exchanging the product for a new one.

If the claim is rejected, the product will be returned to you.

The entire process will be completed within 30 days of receiving the package.

 

FEES

 

If the claim is approved, you don’t pay any costs – all shipping fees are covered by us.

If the claim is rejected, the shipping fees are as follows:

Sending the goods back to us:

- Czech Republic: 79 Kč / 3,27 €

- Slovakia: 3,68 € / 89 Kč

- Hungary: 1 573 Huf /4,09 € / 99 Kč

 

Return delivery back to the customer:

- Czech Republic: 99 Kč / 4,09 €

- Slovakia: 4,92 € / 119 Kč

- Hungary: 2 208 Huf / 5,75 € / 139 Kč

 

Other countries:

Returns for exchange are handled via UPS, and the customer receives a prepaid return label from us. The return delivery of the exchanged product is carried out the same way as the original order.

In this case, the customer pays for both directions – sending the item to us and receiving the new one.
