PRODUCT CLAIMS

You can make a claim within 24 months from receiving the goods. If your product shows a defect or does not meet your expectations, we have designed the process to be as quick and hassle-free as possible.

 

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

1. Download the Claim Form (Complaint Form) - ALLSTARSHOP

2. Fill out the form – describe the defect as accurately as possible.

3. Print and sign the form.

4. Attach the invoice to your order.

5. Pack the product securely – ideally with double-boxing to protect the original box.

6. Contact us at eshop@allstarshop.cz to receive a unique code.

 

CLAIM RESOLUTION PROCESS

Your claim will be assessed by our expert – a court-appointed footwear specialist with over 35 years of experience.

If the claim is accepted, we will resolve it by refunding your money, offering a discount, or exchanging the product for a new one.

If the claim is rejected, the product will be returned to you.

The entire process will be completed within 30 days of receiving the package.

 

FEES

Sending the goods for claim: 

The fee is individual and depends on the country from which the goods are returned.

Return delivery of goods (if not accepted): 

The fee is individual and depends on the destination country and will be charged when sending the goods back to the customer.

 

These amounts only cover shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund, or charged separately if the claim is rejected.
