INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We always handle your personal data with due care, in accordance with applicable legal regulations on privacy protection, and strive to protect it to the highest possible extent.

These privacy principles ("Policy") describe how we collect and process personal data of our customers and prospective clients ("Customers") who are natural persons. Our aim is to explain how we handle personal data, where we obtain it from, and how we safeguard its confidentiality, in accordance with our information obligations under Articles 13 and subsequent of the GDPR.

Types of Personal Data We Process:

Depending on the purpose, we may collect and process the following data:

Identification Data:

• First and last name

• Date of birth

• Home address

• For business customers: business address, Company ID/Tax ID

• Delivery address if different from the above

Contact Information:

• Telephone number

• Email address

Other Data Related to Service Provision:

• Bank account details

• Records of communication

• Details of goods or services ordered

Data Sources:
We process only the data you provide to us, typically via website forms, email, phone, or in person, including during pre-contract negotiations, contract execution, and related communications.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing:

There are several legal bases for processing your data:

• Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

• Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);

• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) – where applicable.

We may process personal data without your consent for:

• Negotiating, concluding, and performing a contract (e.g. a purchase agreement);

• Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting, consumer protection laws);

• Protecting our legitimate interests (e.g. legal claims, customer payment history).

In these cases, data provision is voluntary but necessary. We do not need your consent for this processing.

Processing Based on Consent:

Where required, we process personal data only with your consent and only for the period and purposes stated therein. Consent is voluntary and not a condition for entering into a contract.

Who Has Access to Your Data:

Personal data is processed by the Company as the controller. Some services are outsourced to external providers (e.g. IT support, legal services), who may act as processors under our instructions. We have contracts in place to ensure proper data protection.

Your data may also be disclosed to public authorities as required by law. The Company does not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.

Data Retention:

Personal data is processed only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Typically, data is kept:

• For 5 years after termination for legitimate interest purposes (e.g. legal claims);

• As long as required by applicable legislation (e.g. tax, accounting laws);

• For the duration of consent if applicable.

Requests will be handled within one month. If more time is needed due to complexity, we may extend this period by up to two months and will inform you accordingly. If your request is refused, we will explain the reasons and inform you of your right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out based on your personal data.
