Are all the sneakers on your e-shop authentic?

Yes. All sneakers in our offer are purchased exclusively from verified suppliers. Every pair goes through a thorough inspection to ensure that we provide our customers only with authentic and high-quality products.

Are all sneakers in stock for immediate shipping?

Not all sneakers are physically in stock with us. For each product, we indicate availability, which determines the delivery speed:

  1. In stock – item is ready for immediate dispatch, delivery usually within 48–72 hours.

  2. In stock 5–7 business days – item is with our verified Polish or Italian supplier and will be shipped after the order is received.

  3. Delivery 7–10 business days – item from smaller European sellers (e.g., Spain, France, Netherlands), where shipping takes longer.

  4. Delivery 7–14 business days – item from the USA/Asia, where the delivery time may vary depending on the availability of express shipping.

  5. Delivery 7–10 business days (retail) – item from retailers such as Footlocker, Buzz, Nike, etc., where we wait for delivery from the manufacturer to them and then to us or directly to you.

  6. Delivery 11–15 business days – very rare and more expensive pairs from the USA/Asia, where the longer delivery time allows us to offer a significantly better price.

 

The exact status and availability can always be checked for the selected size on the product page. Please be patient – we are people, and so are couriers, so occasionally a package may be delayed. However, we will always inform you if there is a significant delay. If you need faster delivery, we recommend contacting us before placing your order at eshop@allstarshop.cz.

How to choose the right sneaker size?

We recommend following the size chart provided with each product. Keep in mind that each brand has slightly different sizing, so it’s important to be careful. Everything is explained in detail, and for each brand we provide specific recommendations – you can find them here: Size charts. If you’re unsure, measure the length of your foot from heel to toe and compare it with the information in the chart. And if the size still doesn’t fit, no worries – you can return or exchange the sneakers within 14 days.

Why does the price differ for different sizes of the same model?

The price for different sizes may vary mainly depending on how many pairs were produced and how high the demand is. Sizes that many people wear (e.g., 43) are more widely available. On the other hand, very small or very large sizes (e.g., 47) are produced in smaller quantities, which makes them harder to find and their price can be higher by tens of percent. Of course, if it’s a limited release, for example as part of a special collaboration or event, the price is usually high across all sizes and the differences are minimal.

Can I shop without registering?

Yes, you can shop with us without registration. Simply add the selected products to your cart, fill in the delivery details, and submit your order. However, registration comes with benefits, such as faster checkout for future orders and access to your purchase history.

Do you offer discount codes?

We don’t offer permanent discount codes, but we like to keep it spontaneous – for example, if you’re celebrating a birthday or have another special occasion, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to arrange something for you. So there isn’t any ongoing coupon, but as the saying goes: if you don’t ask, you don’t get. You can contact us via e-mail or Instagram – it might just make your shopping experience even more enjoyable.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available for most of our products. You can pay when receiving your package. However, we kindly ask you to use this method only if you are truly interested in the item and have the funds ready – otherwise, you unnecessarily block the product for other customers and create extra work for us. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the selected product. For each pair of sneakers, we indicate how quickly we can ship them:

  1. In stock – ready for immediate dispatch, delivery usually within 48–72 hours.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Croatia, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

How can I check the current status of my order?

You can easily check the current status of your order by contacting us via email at eshop@allstarshop.cz. We will be happy to verify your order and provide you with all the necessary information.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, we already start processing and preparing the order for shipping. Therefore, if you decide to cancel it later, we charge a 7 EUR fee as compensation for the effort and time that would otherwise be wasted.

Can I exchange sneakers for a different size?

Yes, an exchange for a different size is possible. You just need to do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. That’s plenty of time – simply contact us via email at eshop@allstarshop.cz and we’ll sort everything out together. Detailed information about the process can also be found here: Exchange of goods.

How does the return process work?

You can find the return procedure here: Returns.

Once you have everything ready, email us at eshop@allstarshop.cz and we’ll provide you with a code for the return shipment.

After the parcel is delivered to us, you’ll receive a confirmation of receipt. From that moment, a 14-day period begins for the refund. If all return conditions are met, we will send the amount back to your bank account within this period.

How does the complaint process work?

You send the goods to us, and we will always accept the complaint for assessment. Complaints are resolved in one of the following ways – a refund, a discount, or an exchange for a new item (in case the complaint is justified).

The claimed product is sent for expert evaluation by our certified footwear specialist, who has more than 35 years of experience — more information can be found at znalecobuvi.cz. The expert physically examines the product and decides whether the complaint is justified or not.

Based on the result, we will either accept or reject the complaint and always inform you of the decision. If the complaint is accepted, the final method of resolution is up to us, but we always take the customer’s preference into account.

Do you sell used or outlet products?

We do not sell used products. Outlet products, yes – for each such product there is always a clear note indicating its outlet origin. At the moment, however, we do not have any outlet products in our offer.

How does a pre-order work?

A pre-order is always clearly marked as such on the product page, along with the estimated shipping or delivery date. For pre-orders, we always require payment in advance.

How to take care of your sneakers so they last longer?

For longer sneaker lifespan, we recommend:

  • Clean them regularly – remove dirt with a soft brush or damp cloth, avoid machine washing.
  • Use impregnation – it protects the material against moisture and dirt.
  • Rotate your pairs – give your sneakers time to “rest” so the material doesn’t wear out too quickly.
  • Store them properly – keep them in a dry, well-ventilated place, ideally with shoe trees or filling inside to maintain their shape.

Proper care not only extends the lifespan but also keeps your sneakers looking fresh for a longer time.

What is the difference between GS and W sizing?

The label “GS” stands for Grade School (kids’ sizes), while “W” stands for Women’s sizes. In terms of length, the sneakers are the same, but models marked with “W” often feature more delicate design details and are shaped to fit a narrower foot compared to men’s versions. Sneakers marked “GS” are designed for children’s feet, meaning they also have a narrower fit and often a lighter construction.

How can I get free shipping?

You can get free shipping on orders over 5,000 CZK / 203 EUR. The discount is applied automatically in the cart once this amount is exceeded. Free shipping applies only to customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For all other countries, the full shipping cost is charged.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

You will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail at the moment your order is shipped.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Currently, we deliver through:

  • Zásilkovnato pick-up points, Z-BOXes, or directly to your address.

  • PPLto PPL Parcelshops, PPL Boxes, or directly to your address.

In the near future, we also plan to add UPS delivery (address only).
