(You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date of receipt.)
Did the item you ordered not meet your expectations, or has a defect appeared? We understand this can be frustrating, and that’s exactly why we’re here to help you resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. We’ve simplified the entire process to make it fast and hassle-free.
HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT?

Download the form: Complaint Form – ALLSTARSHOP

Fill out the form – describe the defect as accurately as possible.

Print and sign the form.

Attach the invoice (tax document) for your order.

Pack the item securely – use double-boxing to avoid damage to the original packaging.

Send the package via Packeta – contact us at eshop@allstarshop.cz to receive a unique return code.
HOW IS THE COMPLAINT PROCESSED?
The validity of the complaint will be assessed by the manufacturer, importer, or an authorized technician. We monitor the entire process to ensure everything goes smoothly.

If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a repaired item, new item, discount code, or refund the amount to your bank account.

We will process the complaint within 30 days of receiving the package.

If the complaint is not accepted, we will return the item to you at your expense.
COMPLAINT FEES
The following fees apply when filing a complaint:

Return shipping to us: 59 CZK (only for countries where Packeta is available – otherwise the cost is individual and you only pay for the shipping)

Return shipping back to you (if the complaint is rejected): 79 CZK (only for countries where Packeta is available – otherwise the cost is individual and you only pay for the shipping)
These fees will be deducted from the refund or charged separately if the complaint is not accepted.
